本期《谈校有鸿儒》将继续推出 2024“两会”特别节目 邀请华南师范大学粤港澳大湾区 教育发展高等研究院副院长 博士生导师陈先哲教授 与香港科技大学（广州） 教育科学学院副院长马近远教授 共同商讨大湾区高校 如何更好支撑新质生产力发展

【摘  要】为积极应对社会对人才需求的急剧变化，高校须打破制度沉疴，革新其与壁垒分明的学科专业高度依存的育人制度，探索融合学科的制度化新路径。融合学科将成为一种全新的高等教育组织模式和思维方式，而学术组织架构创新正是“融合学科”高等教育范式变革的第一步，香港科技大学（广州）（简称港科广）的学术组织架构创新正是这一变革的先行示例。研究以组织创新制度化理论为分析框架，分析港科广的学术组织架构创新在制度文化环境中的兼容性和盈利性，并探讨其如何赋能育人范式变革。从兼容性来看，立足新时代背景的港科广学术组织架构创新可与区域和国家创新生态体系双向赋能，利用地缘、品牌和制度多方面独特优势大刀阔斧地开展突破性改革。从盈利性来看，港科广从学术组织架构创新中可持续获得激励组织选择并维持创新的收益和优势：“枢纽—学域”架构可打破壁垒，实现科教融合以切实保障融合学科的育人特色；“两院”（教育科学学院、未来技术学院）可落实产教融合，支撑复合型创新创业领军人才的通专融合贯通培养；“一所”（教育创新与实践研究所）可承载教育教学制度的创新闭环，持续提升范式变革的效能。

HKUST(GZ) is located at No.1 Duxue Road, Qingsheng Hub Cluster, Nansha District, Guangzhou. The campus covers an area of about 1,669 mu (111.3 hectares) and is divided into two construction phases. The first phase covers an area of about 716 mu (47.7 hectares) with a floorage of about 636,000 square meters (63.6 hectares), which has been officially put into use in September 2022.
